Hardware Maintenance Plans
As much as we dislike it when it happens, hardware sometimes fails. It could be a minor inconvenience such as a
key not working on a keyboard to a major problem like a system board failure in the server. While we can't prevent
hardware from going bad, we can make dealing with that failure a little more bearable.
Our standard plan covers every piece of hardware with a repair or replace option. This is nice for those computers
and printers that are several years old, but you are not prepared to replace with new equipment.
Our extended plans let you choose which pieces of equipment are most critical and cover them with a spare unit
within hours, not days or weeks, while they are getting repaired. This is especially usefully for servers or critical
workstations that can't afford to be down.
Data Protection Plans
Disaster Recovery is one of the greatest challenges that a business faces. Even if fire, theft or other disasters strike
your place of business, it won't be a disaster for your computer data. While computers and equipment can be
replaced, no amount of money can restore lost data unless a backup plan is in place.
Disasters do not have to be wide-spread to be potentially catastrophic. Even a routine disruption can cost hundreds of
thousands of dollars. Information is one of a company's most valuable assets. Keep your business alive when the
unexpected happens.
Benefits
Higher level of data protection associated with off-site storage
Frees up valuable operations staff from routine backup chores
May be used in case of accidental data loss
Features
Insure the continuity of your business with a Data Protection Plan. It's the only way for irreplaceable data to be
recovered when unanticipated events occur.
