Support Options

Netcomm offers a variety of support options. These include Hardware maintenance and Data Protection. We also offer Network support and break/fix services. For those companies that need a minimal amount of support, we offer our services for an hourly fee. This is perfect for those problems that arise from time to time that no one has the time to fix. Whether its a bad cable, or an intermittent server problem, we can provide a solution and invoice based on time and materials.

24/7 Support For those that require more frequent attention we offer several support plans depending upon the amount of time your network requires. When your company is covered under any of our support plans, help is just a phone call away. With a guaranteed response time of 24 hours (most within 4 hours) you can rest assured that whatever issue may arise, our service technicians will be working until the problem is solved. For mission critical applications, we also offer our services on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis. When it can't wait until 8:00 a.m. the next morning, it's comforting to know that there's someone you can count on in those moments of crisis.

Hardware Maintenance Plans

As much as we dislike it when it happens, hardware sometimes fails. It could be a minor inconvenience such as a key not working on a keyboard to a major problem like a system board failure in the server. While we can't prevent hardware from going bad, we can make dealing with that failure a little more bearable.

Our standard plan covers every piece of hardware with a repair or replace option. This is nice for those computers and printers that are several years old, but you are not prepared to replace with new equipment.

Our extended plans let you choose which pieces of equipment are most critical and cover them with a spare unit within hours, not days or weeks, while they are getting repaired. This is especially usefully for servers or critical workstations that can't afford to be down.

Data Protection Plans

Disaster Recovery is one of the greatest challenges that a business faces. Even if fire, theft or other disasters strike your place of business, it won't be a disaster for your computer data. While computers and equipment can be replaced, no amount of money can restore lost data unless a backup plan is in place.

Disasters do not have to be wide-spread to be potentially catastrophic. Even a routine disruption can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Information is one of a company's most valuable assets. Keep your business alive when the unexpected happens.
