Marketing Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager based in either our Sydney or Melbourne offices who is ambitious and curious: a strong marketer who wants real responsibility, real influence, and the chance to shape how the company shows up in the market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with interesting technology, playing on the world stage and seeing their work move the needle.
What You'll Do
As Marketing Manager, you’ll own NetComm’s marketing and brand end-to-end from strategy through to execution, and play a central role in how we grow the business. Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and the leadership team to turn insight into action, and ideas into results.
About NetComm

From Fixed Wireless to Fibre Extension and Home Networks, our technology keeps people connected where it matters most.
Our mission is to listen to our customers and apply bold, innovative thinking to solve complex problems and connect the world.

- Setting Direction for NetComm’s Marketing and Brand Strategy
- Building a brand people associate with slick, modern technology
- Running smart, effective campaigns
- Understanding the market(s)
- Owning the budget and the outcomes
- Leading people and building capability
Requirements
- Experience marketing technology products, especially in the telecommunications industry, would be an advantage.
- Strong, practical experience across core marketing disciplines: digital, content, copy, brand, campaigns, social, and lead generation.
- Experience leading teams and taking responsibility for outcomes, not just activity.
- Practical experience with agentic AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, AmpCode, Kilo Code).
- A strategic mindset paired with the ability to get into the detail when needed
- Confidence working cross-functionally with sales, product, technology, and external partners
- The ability to explain ideas, plans, and results clearly, to a leadership team, a board, or a room full of peers.
- Comfort owning a budget and making trade-offs.
- A data-literate approach: you know how to read performance signals and turn them into decisions.
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools (CRM, automation, CMS, analytics) and a pragmatic interest in using AI to improve efficiency and insight, without chasing trends for their own sake.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Willing and able to get your hands dirty and dive into the details to ensure success
