AGM 2015

Dear Shareholder,

I am delighted to be able to update you on some of the operational achievements we have been able to deliver over the past few months. As you'll read in this shareholder newsletter, we continue to deliver on our long-term strategic growth plan, anchored by our investment in the best people and infrastructure over the past two years.

Broadband has become an essential service worldwide, and this is driving demand for NetComm's unique access network technologies. We are one of the few companies globally with the technological expertise needed to deliver network-grade Access Network connectivity to homes and businesses, thanks to our Fixed Wireless and Distribution Point technologies which we are also in demand in overseas markets.

To deliver on the opportunities we see, we have grown our global sales presence and developed new cutting edge telecommunications technologies with global application. This has driven new contract wins over the past six months with leading carriers and network operators in Australia and North America. We are also progressing opportunities in Europe to add to others in North America and locally in Australia.

It has been an exciting few months for NetComm as we deliver on the opportunities we see for the business. I look forward to keeping you updated on the company's progress, with our 2018 full year financial results being released at the end of August 2018.

Thank you.

Kind Regards,

Ken Sheridan
CEO and Managing Director, NetComm Wireless

FTTC Roll out success

Deutsche Telekom

Australia's National Broadband Network (NBN) recently started the anticipated Fibre-to-the-Curb (FttC) roll out across Sydney and Melbourne. Although deploying FttC is more complex in nature than Fibre-to-the-Node (FttN), this new network promises to deliver higher speeds and better experience to 1.5m premises.

"One of the things we're doing, we're working extremely hard on and we're very focused on, is making sure that the customer experience at the point of activation for FttC customers is fantastic, and one of the differences with FttC is we're doing self-installs for customers," nbn Chief Engineering Officer Peter Ryan said. He added, “So far, we're seeing really high success rates when we do that”.

In current tests of attainable line speeds on FttC all the way into houses, NBN is seeing more than 90Mbps download.
