Investor Insights

November 2017

From the Chairman

Justin Milne

Dear Shareholder,

Welcome to our investor newsletter.

We hope you were able to attend our AGM. This newsletter will give you the highlights of the day.

The 2017 financial year was a busy and exciting year for our company. A lot was achieved, both operationally and financially that has put our business on a very strong footing to deliver strong growth in FY18 and beyond.

Some of the key achievements over FY17:

• Substantial investment in infrastructure and people to underpin our company’s ability to deliver on the growth opportunities we see. Pleasingly, and a testament to the management team, the investment undertaken was within budget indicated to the market

• Very strong growth in Group revenue, driven by even stronger growth in Fixed Wireless and DPU

• Very strong growth in operating cash flows

• Building NetComm Wireless’ reputation and capabilities in new overseas markets, including showcasing our DPU solution with BT Openreach.

FY17 was a year of investment. Your management team and all those within NetComm Wireless have done a terrific job putting in place the building blocks required to deliver the step change in earnings we expect in FY18, while cementing your company’s position as a leading global telecommunications technology company.

Thank you.

Kind Regards,

Justin Milne
Chairman, NetComm Wireless
